How to make a payment
At checkout you’ll see the available payment methods. Choose one and enter the required details to complete the purchase. Ensure the billing information matches the payment method you’re using.
If a payment fails:
- Double‑check the card or wallet details you entered.
- Confirm there are sufficient funds or available credit.
- Some payments require additional authentication (for example, 3D Secure); complete any prompts from your bank.
- Try the payment again, or use a different method.
After a successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the order will move to Processing. If you need to update payment details after placing an order, contact Support as soon as possible so we can assist before the order ships.
