Where to find the shipping tracking code
Your shipping tracking code is available in a few places:
- In the shipping confirmation email we send after your order ships.
- In your Kababali account under Orders, by selecting the shipped order.
- On the order’s details page, where a tracking link to the carrier’s site is provided.

The tracking code is the carrier’s tracking number. It may be a 12‑ to 20‑digit number or an alphanumeric string, depending on the carrier. Use the link to monitor the shipment on the carrier’s site.

If you don’t see the tracking code:
- Check your spam or junk email folder.
- Look in your account again under the order details.
- If it’s still missing, contact Support with your order number and shipping address; we’ll resend the tracking details or provide the code.
