Information we process

We process account details such as name and email, authentication and session data, MT5 account status, broker symbols/candles, positions, trade history, KSL strategy versions, backtest jobs/results, saved template metadata/source, strategy evidence, forum/support content, and technical data needed to operate and secure the service. For website security and audience measurement, Kababali may use first-party pseudonymous visitor and 30-minute session identifiers, stored in visitor logs only as SHA-256 hashes, together with IP address, browser/operating-system and mobile/tablet/desktop category, page path, referrer without query strings, response status, JavaScript confirmation, coarse viewport/touch capability, visible engagement time, and whether a real browser interaction was observed. These signals are used to separate likely human visits from bots; they are not precise GPS location or cross-site fingerprinting. The Android app may store a session cookie and notification preferences on your device.

How information is used

Information is used to create and protect your account, synchronize the MT5 dashboard, validate and replay KSL strategies, cache broker history for faster historical tests, calculate performance/evidence views, operate saved templates, deliver support and notifications, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. Kababali Trading does not sell personal information.

Sharing and security

Data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, email delivery, security, and features you request. Exchange-rate lookups may use a third-party public service without sending your Kababali account credentials. We apply access controls and encrypted HTTPS transport, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention, public sharing, and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active and as reasonably required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations. When you intentionally publish a Community Strategy Template, its name, description, tags, compatibility metadata, and KSL source become visible to other users. Public/unlisted verified-strategy pages expose normalized evidence without publishing your MT5 account identity. You can delete your account from the Android app or website profile; user-scoped records are removed or anonymized according to the account-erasure process, while limited security/legal records may be retained where required.

Your choices

You may disable Android notifications in system settings, request correction through your profile, or delete your account. See the account deletion instructions. Questions may be sent through the Kababali Forum, User Manual support path, or the contact email published on the service.
