If you need to cancel your order, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Go to the login page and enter your registered email address and password.
Step 2: Go to “My Orders”
Click on My Account, then select My Orders to view your recent purchases.
Step 3: Select the Order
Find the order you want to cancel and click View Details.
Step 4: Click “Cancel Order”
If your order is still eligible for cancellation, you will see a Cancel Order button. Click it and confirm your request.
Important Notes:

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may need to request a return instead.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method.
