What’s the Status of My Order?

How to check the status of your order
You can check your order status anytime from your Kababali account or your order confirmation email. To view it in your account:
- Sign in to your Kababali account.
- Go to Orders.
- Select the order you’re asking about.

The order page shows the current status (for example, Processing, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered, or Cancelled) and the latest update, along with an estimated delivery date. If a tracking number is available, you’ll see a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

If you can’t find your order:
- Use the order number from your confirmation email or from your account’s order history.
- If you still can’t locate it, contact our Support team with the order number so we can help.

Notes:
- Some actions (such as cancellations or changes) may only be available before shipment.
- We’ll keep you informed of any delays or changes to the delivery estimate.
